gained from a Master's in Mathematics and PhD research in Collaborative
Intelligence for Safety-Critical Systems. Joseph leads in developing
AI-driven decision support systems for the chemical industry, including
partnerships for custom solutions. His work unites groundbreaking
research with real-world applications, propelling our company's vision
of transforming theoretical innovation into practical advancements.
Chidera Amazu, CTO
Chidera holds dual MSc degrees in Production Engineering and Management from OWL University, Germany, and the University of Trieste, Italy, with a Mechanical Engineering background from Nigeria. Her career spans Equipment Maintenance, Network Surveillance, and Product Development in Nigeria and Germany. Passionate about research and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Chidera brings an entrepreneurial mindset to her work. She focuses on modeling process safety data for Human-in-the-loop configurations in process control, enhancing decision-support tools and situational awareness in safety-critical systems. Chidera is dedicated to advancing human-centered AI and looks forward to bridging the gap between AI research and practical, industry-shaping applications.
Huxiao She, COO
Huxiao, COO, combines expertise in Industrial Management from Uppsala University and Engineering from China with a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Specializing in AI for system monitoring and maintenance, he's adept in global collaboration and has a keen eye for digital transformation in manufacturing, emphasizing digital twins. Huxiao is dedicated to making data work smarter for customers, focusing on efficient, intelligent, secure, and tailored solutions.
